Adsense and Java!

Some bloggers are using the Adsense for content in their blogs at the top of the templates and in the posting. This is very attractive. I tried to do something about the Adsense for content on the same templates, but then there's this message that says java is not allowed. I wonder if the java is objectionable, how did they manage posting those Adsense for content that way? I am about to get some experiments.
